Wire Raising Tool

A good all around tool that gives you the flexibility to place steel strand and aerial telephone wires at the same time. A hole on the shaft allows you to use the locking pin on either type of extension handle to hold the tool in place. Use with GMP Extension Handles (Lay-up Sticks)
