Standard Kelly Bar Adapter 10,000 ft-lbs. for 2″ Hex Kelly Bar.

The Locking Dog Assembly has six holes for .5″ bolts on a 5.25″ bolt circle, comes with six .5″ Grade 5 bolts, nuts and lock washers.
